August 2017 Terra Bella Box review time!
If you’re not aware, Terra Bella Box is a subscription box that focuses on all natural beauty and skin care. They have two different box options to choose from. The regular Terra Bella Box includes 3-4 skincare, body care, hair, and bath items. The Makeup Edit box will only include cosmetics and will feature at least 3 items per box.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $32.95/month for the regular Terra Bella Box and $29.95/month for the Makeup Edit box. — Whether you choose the regular Terra Bella Box or the new Makeup Edit box, new subscribers can get a FREE bonus item in their first box with coupon code “2LREXTRA“.
Okay, now let’s see what’s in the August 2017 (regular) Terra Bella Box!
As always, the box featured a green leaf design on the outside and dark green tissue paper surrounding the items within.
The info card listed every product in the August 2017 box, along with descriptions and retail prices for each one.
Your Tea Tea Face Scrub ($25)
While it may resemble used coffee grounds, this natural scrub is actually made with a blend of tea leaves and nourishing plant oils. Its gentle exfoliation helps to reveal a more glowing, even complexion. It can also help with healing scars!
Maguey Weaves Pumice Stone ($4)
Speaking of exfoliation… Spending so much time in the summer barefoot can lead to some pretty nasty callouses and rough, dry skin on your feet. This natural volcanic pumice stone is the ideal tool for buffing away dead skin and leaving your feet feeling soft and smooth.
The Bomb Gals Vegan Vanilla Lip Balm ($4)
It’s always nice to see a vegan-friendly lip balm, since so many contain beeswax. This one contains skin-nourishing ingredients including organic sunflower oil, caranuba wax, shea butter, and coconut oil.
Bambú Charcoal Bar Soap ($4)
I love that this bamboo charcoal soap is actually shaped like a little stick of bamboo! Not only is it cute, but this little bar is also a hard worker that helps draw dirt from deep inside the pores, giving the skin a clean like no other soap can. It smells nice too! 🙂
Herbal Transdermal Papaya Enzyme Mud Mask ($15)
This all natural mud mask is loaded with skin-nourishing ingredients including volcanic bentonite clay, spring water, organic steam distilled lavender, certified organic papaya, Vitamin C Ester, orange oil, and neem oil. Using it helps to detoxify, cleanse, and re-mineralize the skin while leaving it soft and smooth.
August’s Terra Bella Box featured a nice selection of items to pamper your skin after a long summer’s day. My favorite items were the Bambú soap, vegan lip balm, and pumice stone. The total retail value for August’s box was just over $50! 🙂 — Remember, if you’d like to sign up for Terra Bella Box, new subscribers can get a FREE bonus item in their first box with coupon code “2LREXTRA“!
