The BuckBin is a subscription box that sends you a monthly selection of items to fuel your “weekend adventures” (assuming that those adventures involve alcohol).
Each box will feature a different theme and include 6-8 products to help you get your drink on. Items can include pingpong balls, can koozies, beer bongs, and other fun drinking accessories. BuckBin also partners with small companies to bring you cool new items that you’ve probably never seen before.
Subscriptions are $20/month with free shipping. (You can save 10% on your first box with coupon code “OGBUCKER“!)
Let’s see what’s in the September 2015 BuckBin!
Everything was shipped in a bright blue box with the BuckBin logo on top. (I actually thought this was a hunting subscription when I first saw the logo, which made me really nervous to open it up.)
While there wasn’t a standard info card with a list of contents, they did include a note revealing September’s theme which was (loosely) “Tailgating”.
Chill Puck – This is kinda neat. It’s a “frozen coaster” that you pop in the freezer until fully chilled… Once frozen, take it out and set your canned beverage of choice on top and twist until the can sits inside snugly. BAM! — Instant chilled drink.
The BuckBin Koozie, Pingpong Balls, Bottle Opener – Various drinking essentials. Their uses are pretty self-explanatory, no?
The Original Disposable Flask – Get tipsy on the sly with this handy disposable flask. It’s made of 100% BPA-free plastic and contains no metal parts. You can freeze it, reuse it, and fit it just about anywhere. It also comes with its own little funnel for easy transfer of liquids. Giggity.
The BuckBin Sunglasses – A fashionable alternative to beer goggles?
The Can Grip – If you’ve ever wished your beer can had a handle — dreams do come true! This plastic can grip allows you to comfortably hold any standard size 12 ounce can of your drink of choice.
Air Horn – …because why not??
If you like to party, and your party involves copious amounts of alcohol, then BuckBin is the subscription box for you! I didn’t do a cost breakdown since so many of the items were exclusive to BuckBin, but for the cost of a few 6-packs I’d say it’s a fair deal. Plus, don’t forget — you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code “OGBUCKER“!
