The Remedy Rush is a new subscription box that offers a selection of artisan spa and body products.
Boxes are sent on a quarterly basis and will contain natural and organic products that are free from icky chemicals including parabens, phthalates, artificial fragrances, GMO ingredients, carrageenan, etc. They’ll feature 5 to 7 of the highest quality bath & body products from 4 or 5 different brands. Each item will be 100% cruelty-free and all packaging will be made with recyclable and/or biodegradable materials. Unlike other subscriptions, The Remedy Rush focuses solely on spa and body products (no cosmetics or makeup).
Subscriptions are $59/quarter or less with annual plans. Shipping is included to the US (Canada is $9.99 extra). New customers can save 10% on their first month with coupon code Save10.
Let’s see what’s in the Autumn 2015 The Remedy Rush box!
The box was neatly presented and smelled incredible.
A peek inside. — It was packed!
The info card included an (early) introduction to autumn and descriptions, prices, and discounts for each item in the box.
Moon Valley Organics Cleansing Body Bar in Orange Spice – 3 products from Moon Valley Organics were included in a little burlap mesh bundle. This bar soap was the first item I opened up because I LOVE natural bar soaps and was intrigued by the orange spice scent. The packaging was beautiful, as was the bar itself. It’s made with organic ingredients including coconut oil, natural essential oils (clove, cedarwood & orange), and vitamin E derived from sunflowers.
Moon Valley Organics Herbal Lip Balm – An organic, gluten-free, non-GMO lip balm made with safflower oil, beeswax, calendula, comfrey, lemon balm, and more to heal chapped lips naturally.
Moon Valley Organics Moon Melt Lotion Bar – This lotion bar is so pretty! I was surprised to find a matching reusable tin in the box as well. This is made with many of the same organic ingredients as the bar soap and has a vanilla-lemon scent. (Head’s up to strict vegans: While all 3 of the Moon Valley Organics products are cruelty-free, they do contain beeswax.)
WoodSprite Organic Body Aromatherapy Votive Candles – Yay, candles! Included were “Lemon Verbena” and “Sauna Blend”. These are what made the box smell so amazing and I can’t wait to burn them. They’re made with hand-poured soy wax and natural essential oils… They even have a 100% plant fiber unbleached wick for the cleanest burn possible.
WoodSprite Organic Body Ginger Glow Warming Sea Salt Glow – A gentle exfoliating scrub made with plant-based oils and butters including grapeseed, avocado, and sweet almond. It also features pure essential oils as well as Vitamin E. I was kind of expecting a stronger ginger scent, but it’s much more subtle. Still nice though!
WoodSprite Organic Body Ginger Glow Warming Herbal Spa Salts – I can’t wait until the weather cools down so I can use these spa salts! The blend is specially formulated with “circulatory herbs, spices and essences” to help restore and rejuvenate the body. It’s 100% natural, vegan, and gluten-free.
Fabulous Frannie 100% Pure Lavender Essential Oil – Small batch essential oil sourced through ethical means. I’m never quite sure how to use all of the essential oils I receive in subscription boxes, but I just saw a tip about putting a drop or two on dryer balls to naturally scent your clothing. I’ll definitely be giving that a try.
Fabulous Frannie De-Stress Essential Oil Blend Roll On – This is definitely my preferred form of essential oil — a roll on! It’s already diluted and safe to apply to the skin. This “de-stress” blend contains grapefruit, lavender, and ylang ylang with a coconut carrier oil.
Innate Organic Body Arnica & Turmeric Muscle and Joint Balm – Mmm! This balm smells crazy good. It’s made with all natural ingredients including sunflower oil, olive oil, hemp seed, and pure essential oils — one of which is lemongrass that I believe gives it the incredible scent that I can’t stop sniffing.
I am SO impressed with the first offering from The Remedy Rush. I was introduced to some great brands that I hadn’t heard of — all of which were cruelty-free and many that were vegan as well. The curation was also great and I like that they include more than one product for most of the featured companies so you can get a better feel for what they offer. The overall value was good too — over $70 in products!
If you’d like to sign up for The Remedy Rush, you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code Save10. But hurry — If you want to receive the autumn box (this one), you have to sign up by September 4th.

These are such great looking products, especially that little lotion bar, although as I’m from the UK the chance of me getting to try these brands here is probably slim!
