Vegan Presence August 2013 Review

Another month, another awesome package from Vegan Presence! This is definitely one of my favorite subscriptions. It’s great knowing that everything I get will be vegan-friendly and wrapped with pretty ribbons & stickers. 🙂

Let’s unwrap the goodies and see what I got this month…

Ruff House Art Seeded Letterpress Greeting Card – How cool is this? A greeting card embedded with carrot seeds! It’s letterpress printed on handmade paper and is 100% biodegradable/compostable. Send a note to a friend and they can grow some veggies with it! Greeting cards with a dual purpose. Brilliant! (Retail Price: $6.00)

Native Touch Mountain Mint Soap – This smells so invigorating! It has a nice, light minty scent that’s strong, but not too overpowering. It’s all natural and made with real peppermint essential oil and leaves. As with the Ruff House card, this packaging is also plantable! In fact, all of their soaps come in seeded boxes that change with the season. This one will produce shamrocks! Neat! (Retail Price: $5.99)

Liz Lovely Chocolate Chip Cookies – Woohoo! Two months of Liz Lovely in a row! I was so so happy to see these make another appearance. Last month we got Coconut Macaroons, which were awesome, but there’s an extra special place in my heart for anything chocolate. I haven’t opened these yet, but word is that they taste like straight-up cookie dough. Heck. Yes. Oh, and they’re gluten-free too! (Retail Price: $3.99)

Beauty Without Cruelty Hand & Body Lotion – Moisturizing lotion with anti-aging Vitamin C and CoQ10. 100% cruelty-free and vegan. It’s infused with essential oils and has a nice, pleasant scent. Cute travel sized bottle. (Amazon Price: $2.99)

Native Touch Rooting Cub Rub – Another product from Native Touch. This is an all natural moisturizing salve for babies and sensitive skin havin’ adults. It’s described as “mother nature’s kiss for little boo-boos” and contains soothing lavender and tea tree essential oils. (Retail Price: $2.49)

Since my birthday was on the 5th, Vegan Presence even included a hand-written birthday card! How sweet is that? Love them!!
