Walt Life Disney Surprise Box is a specially curated box to share the excitement of a Disney vacation with your loved ones while also stocking up on some of the items necessary for any Disney trip.
Each box will include 6 or more mystery Disney items with plenty of vacation-specific products such as ponchos, lanyards, hats, luggage tags, goggles, collectible pins, plushes, and more. You’ll be able to customize your box by selecting the recipient’s gender (boy, girl, or neutral) and age group (or all ages). The box itself will be labeled “Top Secret” on the outside with a “Surprise! You’re going to Disney!” message on the inside lid. [Note: Along with this “Surprise” themed box, Walt Life also offers a variety of monthly subscription options ranging from an $8/month Disney Pin Edition box to a larger $79/month Kingdom Box.]

Let’s see what’s in my December 2018 Walt Life Disney Surprise Box!
Everything was shipped in a fun “Surprise” themed box.
The box opens to reveal the big surprise!
My box was customized for a 5-9 year old girl and all of its contents were listed on the sheet above.
Minnie Hat ($15.33, Amazon)
This bright red, youth-sized hat features an embroidered image of Minnie Mouse along with the phrase “It’s all about… me!” printed in white text. It’s officially licensed by Disney and has an adjustable velcro closure in the back.
Minnie Luggage Tag ($5.88, Amazon)
Your little one will easily find their luggage with the help of this Minnie Mouse-shaped luggage tag. It’s made of a flexible silicone-like material and is designed to fit most luggage handles. The three white boxes on the back can be filled in with their personal information — though they’ll have to write very small to fit it all in. 😉
Minnie Poncho ($8.15, Amazon)
Rain happens… even at Disney. Thankfully, your little one will be prepared with this cute Minnie rain poncho. It’s made of 100% waterproof vinyl and features an image of Minnie’s bow and ears right in the center.
Princess Play Pack (~$2, Amazon)
My girls always enjoy these character play packs when we bring them out at restaurants to keep them occupied while we wait. Of course, they’d also come in handy on vacation for those down times when you need something easy to keep ’em busy. The pack comes with 4 crayons, a sticker sheet, and a 24-page coloring book.
Minnie Swim Goggles ($8.93, Amazon)
If you’re going on any underwater adventures while at Disney, you’ll need a pair of water goggles. This kid-sized pair has a pretty pink & turquoise color scheme, with a Minnie Mouse decal in one lens and Daisy Duck in the other.
Minnie Bag ($5.95 Amazon)
This colorful Minnie tote is sure to come in handy for carrying those newly purchased souvenirs and other goodies around during your Disney vacation. It has a cheerful design with flowers, bows, hearts, and of course, Minnie Mouse.
Water Bottle Keyring ($5.68, Amazon)
I’ve never seen a gadget like this before… It’s a water bottle keyring that features a silicone-like ring that holds the neck of your water bottle on one end, and a clip to attach to your purse/stroller/backpack on the other. A nice item to have when cupholders aren’t available and you want to keep your hands bottle-free.
Minnie Lanyard ($8.25, Amazon)
I honestly don’t know much about Disney pin collecting, but the info sheet suggests using this Minnie lanyard to display all of your pins so everyone can see your collection. You could also use it to hold ID cards, tickets, and more.
Trading Pin
Speaking of pins… The final item was a gold & red Minnie Mouse trading pin to display on your lanyard or trade with a cast member on your trip.
There were also additional Walt Life materials in the box, including a Cinderella bookmark and a “Color Me Puzzle”.
The Walt Life Disney Surprise Box is clearly an ideal subscription for anyone planning a Disney vacation in the near future. It included a nice variety of licensed items that would all be useful to have on your travels. The value seemed quite fair as well, totaling just over $60 using Amazon’s prices — not including the pin which I wasn’t able to locate. Not bad! — Remember, for a limited time, you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code “DISNEY“!
