The box is meant to help motivate, inspire, and support working women while introducing them to great women-owned businesses.
Subscriptions are $25/month, or less with multi-month commitments. Shipping is free. — For a limited time, you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code “ROSEBUDS10“!
Let’s see what’s in the September 2016 Work It Box!
The box!
A peek inside. — At first glance, I was all “Oh cool, they personalized it for me with a W sticker.”… Then I remembered the name of the box. Oops! 😉
An info sheet listed all of the items in the box, along with the names of each woman who founded/own each company.
All of the items were individually wrapped in white tissue paper and sealed with colorful washi tape.
Knock Knock “Accomplish” To-Do List Notepad ($10.95) – A fun & easy way to keep your to-do list in check. This pad features “more than 59” sheets with sections for tasks to do today, tomorrow, weekend, near future, someday, and maybe never. 😉
Angie’s Boom Chicka Pop Kettle Corn & Popcorn (~$2) – Yum! I love Angie’s popcorn. It’s made with all natural, non-GMO ingredients and is perfectly popped. Included were bags of both “Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn” and “Sea Salt Popcorn”. So good!
Teal Owl Studio Little Wish Bracelet ($4.75) – This dainty bracelet features an “Evil Eye” bead — a symbol used in cultures around the world that’s said to ward off evil or jealous looks, bad health, and bring good luck to the wearer. Just tie on your wrist with a basic double-knot while you make a wish and then simply wear it until it naturally falls off. When it does, the wish you made while tying it on just may come true. 🙂
Mari-Mi Quotable Notecards (~$1) – A pair of inspirational notecards designed with pretty metallic gold print. Each card is blank on the inside and comes with a matching envelope.
Mari-Mi Pencil Duo (~$1?) – I couldn’t find these exact pencils on their site, but they’re cute nonetheless. The duo features a green pencil with the phrase “be awesome” and an orange one with “hustle more”.
Numi Organic Tea Sampler (~$1) – Three samples of Numi organic teas were included — Rooibos Chai, Gunpowder Green, and Chamomile Lemon. I’m always happy to get more tea; especially since cooler weather is finally approaching.
Bonus Item: #teamworkit Wristband (~$1?) – Just a little something extra.
Work It Box definitely seems like a nice little “treat yo’self” type of subscription. September’s offering had a selection of items that were both fun, yet practical/useful. The value of everything was close to the $25 monthly cost, which was fine considering shipping is included. Also, if you choose a 3-month sub, the cost goes down to just $20/month. — For a limited time, you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code “ROSEBUDS10“!
