Let’s see what’s in the September 2022 YesBath box!
Everything was shipped in a small blue & yellow box with the YesBath logo in the bottom right corner.
A peek inside!
An info card revealed September’s theme — “Ocean & Beach” — and listed all of the products I’d find within.
Lavender Bath Bomb
The first bath bomb featured a relaxing lavender scent that’s great for helping you unwind at the end of a long day. Along with real lavender buds/flowers (which you can see in the photo above), additional ingredients include sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, and English lavender oil.
Ocean Breeze Bath Bomb
September’s second bath bomb was studded with pretty blue-ish purple flowers and had a great citrus-y scent. It included a fragrant blend of bergamot orange, lemongrass, lime oil, and cornflower. As much as I do enjoy lavender, this one was definitely my top pick. 🙂
Rosemary & Orange Exfoliating Soap
First, I love how perfectly this little bar of soap was wrapped. It almost made me feel a little bad when I had to rip the paper a bit to remove it. 😉 I couldn’t find a list of ingredients for the bar, but the fact that everything in the box is always vegan-friendly is good enough for me. It has an invigorating scent of rosemary and orange, with little bits of (some type of herb?) to provide gentle exfoliation.
Lavender Epsom Bath Salts
Every box includes a small packet of bath salts. September’s featured scent was lavender, which (obviously) smelled similar to the lavender bath bomb. I didn’t snap a photo of the actual salts because it seemed like it would be tough to get them back into the little packet. That said, they just look like white granules so you’re not really missing out on anything too exciting in appearance. 😉
Ylang Ylang Calming Wax Melts
The fifth and final item was a little sachet of yellow wax melts that reminded me of chocolate squares. 😉 Again, there were no ingredients listed so I’m not sure exactly what they’re made of other than possibly ylang ylang essential oil. Nevertheless, these three little squares smell fantastic.
Extras
A few additional items were included, but not listed on the info card: 2 tealight candles and a mini roll of candies. 🙂
YesBath is a fun subscription box for anyone who enjoys trying out new bath products. I loved that everything included was vegan-friendly so that I didn’t have to worry about bathing in animal by-products. 😉 The items were definitely on the smaller side, but seemed totally fair for the affordable monthly cost. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save 25% on your first box with coupon code “25OFF“!
