I reviewed the June Yogi Surprise Jewelry Box last week, so now it’s time to check out the June Yogi Surprise Lifestyle Box!
If you haven’t heard, Yogi Surprise is a yoga-inspired subscription service that offers two different box options — yogi lifestyle and yogi jewelry. Each Lifestyle Box includes 6 to 8 full size items “designed to nourish and support your well-being, vitality and growth”. All of the products are 100% cruelty free, non-GMO, and vegetarian. Each box will have a retail value of over $70. The Yogi Surprise Jewelry Box will feature 2 handcrafted yoga-inspired jewelry pieces, as well as an organic vegan chocolate treat. All pieces will be fair trade, sustainably harvested, and free of nickel, lead, and cadmium. The retail value will always be more than $65.
Subscriptions for the Lifestyle Box are $44.95/month. The Jewelry Box is $24.99/month. You can save 15% for LIFE on either subscription with coupon code “YOGILOVE“.
Let’s see what’s in the June 2016 Yogi Surprise (Lifestyle) Box!
Everything was shipped in a small purple box with white print.
A peek inside.
An info card included a list of everything in the box, along with photos, brief descriptions, and retail prices for each one.
Cuccio Somatology Yoga Essentials Kit ($12.95) – Yogi Surprise released this as their first spoiler for June. The 3-piece kit contains balancing oil (a pick-me-up experience to awaken the senses), balancing lotion (a perfect skin hydration for non-oily extremely soft skin), and yoga mat sani spray cleanser (specifically formulated to cleanse, condition and care for yoga mats).
Califia Farms Vanilla Almond Milk ($3) – I rarely treat myself to flavored non-dairy beverages, so I was happy to receive this vanilla almond milk from Califia Farms. It’s vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, carrageenan-free and has just 70 calories per serving.
Anima Mundi Apothecary Palo Santo Myst “Bad Vibe Killer” ($18) – According to their website, this is “a potent anti-bacterial and anti-microbial, relieving sickness and potential microbes from your immediate space. Its is a natural air purifier. As a psychosomatic healer, it brings peace to your heart, relinquishes bad vibes”. Just spritz it in the air and breathe in the goodness. 😉
GoMacro Cashew Caramel Macrobar ($3) – An organic food/snack bar made with all natural ingredients including cashew butter, pea protein, puffed brown rice, and sprouted flax. It’s vegan, gluten-free, high protein, and macrobiotic.
Andalou Naturals Instant Pure Pore Clarifying Sheet Mask ($6) – This clarifying sheet mask claims to deeply hydrate, tone, tighten, nourish, and protect your skin. The formula is free of sulfates, petrochemicals, phthalates, parabens, synthetic fragrance, colors, or preservatives. It’s also non-GMO Project Verified, gluten-free, and cruelty free.
Topricin Foot Pain Relief Cream ($7) – This paraben-free homeopathic foot cream helps to reduce pain from sports injuries, shin splints, ankle sprain, achilles tendonitis, plantar fascitis, and other foot-related conditions. It works by improving circulation and stimulating the body’s healing chemistries at the site of the pain.
The Better Chip Spinach & Kale Chips ($3) – Don’t let the flavor scare you — these chips are actually really good! They’re made with fresh spinach, kale, and whole grains for a healthy, yet satisfying snack.
Kate’s Magik Moon Goddess Anointing Oil ($15) – This jasmine-scented anointing oil can be applied directly to the skin or used in a healing bath. Jasmine is said to clear the memory of worries and fears, as well serve as an aphrodisiac. It’s actually one of my favorite scents (and teas!), so I’m looking forward to wearing it. 🙂
Earth Friendly Products Parsley Plus All Surface Cleaner ($2) – An all natural cleaning solution that uses the power of parsley to clean and deodorize. It can be used on countertops, appliances, microwave ovens, floors, ceramic tile and any other surface not harmed by water (or parsley).
I’m pretty happy with this month’s Yogi Surprise box. It had a nice assortment of household products, snacks, and wellness items. The total value was almost $70! — Remember, if you’d like to subscribe you can save 15% for LIFE with coupon code “YOGILOVE“.
