Subscriptions are $19.99 and shipping is free. — You can save 50% on your first month with coupon code “PEACH-SAVE50“. (If that code reaches its limit, you can use “PEACH-SAVE25” for 25% off, or “PEACH-SAVE10” for 10% off.) — For a limited time, you can also choose to receive a FREE Parachute Hammock & Carry Bag with coupon code “PEACHHAMMOCK“! (Coupon codes cannot be combined.)
Let’s see what’s in the June 2016 Peaches & Petals box!
A peek inside. — Beachy!
An info card listed all of the items in the box, along with a short description of each one. The theme for June’s box was “Under the Boardwalk”.
Swimsuit Cover Up – (Note to self: I should probably think about investing in a mannequin soon.) Thankfully, this cover up was the first spoiler for June, so I included the photo they sent out so you can see what it looks like on an actual person. It seems to be designed to fit just about all sizes and is super light & airy. A great inclusion for a beach-themed box.
Jaclyn Smith Sunglasses – I’m usually not a fan of sunglasses, but these are actually really cute! I love the intricate lace(?)-ish design on the sides. Unfortunately, I can’t use these since I wear glasses, but my mom happily scooped them up when she was over the other day. 😉
Whale Tumbler – Every subscriber received a “beachy beverage companion” this month, which varied in styles. I received this large, double wall tumbler with a blue and green whale design. I’ve seen a few of the other options and this one is by far my fave design.
Starfish Project Jewelry – This is another item that varied from box to box. Everyone received a piece of jewelry from Starfish Project, an organization that restores hope to post-trafficked women in Asia by giving them meaningful employment in a safe & supportive environment. These heart-shaped earrings are beautiful and I love that they’re not gold. 😉
Alterna Stylist Summer Ocean Waves Spray – A paraben-free texturizing spray that helps give your hair the coveted “beachy waves” look.
“Beachy Surprise” – The info card didn’t say exactly what this item would be, so I’m assuming it also varies from box to box. I received this fun fruit-themed makeup bag that expands on the bottom for plenty of storage.
July spoiler alert:
July’s “Dance to the Music” themed box will include a Boombotix Boombot Mini Bluetooth Portable Speaker! (Currently selling for around $20 on Amazon!)
Another fun selection of products from Peaches & Petals! While I wasn’t able to find retail values for a lot of the items, I’d say it’s definitely worth the cost of the monthly subscription (and then-some). Remember — You can save 50% on your first month with coupon code “PEACH-SAVE50“.
June 2016 Peaches and Petals Review
An affordable box for anyone who enjoys a good theme. As always, it was packed with stuff and well worth the cost of the subscription.
