May Lil’ Bear Book Club time! This month I decided to mix it up and go with the picture book option (as opposed to my usual board books).

If you’re not aware, Lil’ Bear Book Club is a newer subscription box that sends 2 to 4 children’s books to your door every month. There are two different subscription types to choose from:  board books (3-4 per box) or picture books (2-4 per box). Whichever plan you choose, each book will be gift wrapped for your child to open. Our Little Roots is a subscription box that sends you (or your child) a monthly delivery of everything you need to begin growing your own garden.

Each Our Little Roots box will contain a packet of non-GMO seeds, organic soil, stakes, and a biodegradable peat pot. When you sign up, you’ll get to indicate your level of gardening experience, select where your seeds will be planted (patio/balcony, backyard, front yard, windowsill), and the type of sun exposure the location gets. Our Little Roots will then select seeds based on the season of the year and where each would thrive in certain climates.
