Our Little Roots is a subscription box that sends you (or your child) a monthly delivery of everything you need to begin growing your own garden. I’ve reviewed them a couple times and it looks like they’ve made some great changes in recent months!
Each Our Little Roots box will contain a packet of non-GMO seeds, organic soil, stakes, and a biodegradable peat pot. When you sign up, you’ll get to indicate your level of gardening experience, select where your seeds will be planted (patio/balcony, backyard, front yard, windowsill), and the type of sun exposure the location gets. Our Little Roots will then select seeds based on the season of the year and where each would thrive in certain climates. Another month, another “best subscription boxes” round-up!
Since I review so many different subscription boxes throughout the year, I’ve decided to compile a monthly round-up of my top 5 subscription boxes to highlight the best of the best.
The boxes will be chosen based on how awesome they were for that particular month, so hopefully the “winners” will vary a lot from month to month. I’ll take into account my star ratings, but a 5-star review won’t always mean the box will make it to the top 5. Basically, if I loved the contents/curation and/or it had a crazy high overall value, it’ll make the list.

February Ipsy time! The bag itself was pretty cool this month, but the products inside? Ehhh… Can’t win ’em all.
If you’re new here, Ipsy is a beauty subscription that sends subscribers a monthly “Glam Bag” full of cosmetics and beauty accessories for just $10/month. When you sign up, you take a “beauty quiz” to determine your likes/dislikes, makeup preferences, etc. This helps Ipsy learn which products to send in your Glam Bag.
