bluum time! — I’m always unsure of whether or not to capitalize the “B”. I feel like it looks like a mistake if I don’t, but that’s how they have it on their site, so… I guess lowercase it is. Anywhoo… Here’s January’s bluum box!

If you’re not aware, bluum is a monthly subscription box for babies & kiddos from birth through age 5. Each box contains five or more products that are responsibly sourced, eco-friendly and often organic. The contents are based on the age of your kiddo in months, so boxes tend to vary a LOT. Time for Citrus Lane review #2! Last week I reviewed my first box (my mom’s subscription) and received my “regular” box shortly after… And here it is!

If you haven’t heard, Citrus Lane is a monthly subscription for babies/kids aged newborn-5. It’s $29/month (less with longer term subscriptions) and includes a nice assortment of toys, books, snacks, toiletries, etc. Sometimes they even include a gift for mom. Kloverbox is one of the few boxes I receive whose contents remains a mystery until the day it arrives on my doorstep. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any spoilers or other reviews before I’ve gotten my box, which is definitely a rarity. Ipsy wants you to prepare for a “fantastic and flawless 2015” — starting with January’s “Fresh Start” Glam Bag. I wasn’t too thrilled with this month’s Birchbox (reviewed here), so I was hoping Ipsy would kinda make up for that… Let’s see!

If you’re new here, Ipsy is a beauty subscription that sends subscribers a monthly “Glam Bag” full of cosmetics and beauty accessories for just $10/month. When you sign up, you take a “beauty quiz” to determine your likes/dislikes, makeup preferences, etc. This helps Ipsy learn which products to send in your Glam Bag. It’s a new year and Love With Food wants you to “Live. Laugh. Restore.”. At least that’s what January’s info card says. How those 3 words relates to the actual snacks is anyone’s guess. 😉

Birchbox time! To be honest, I wasn’t too excited when I logged into my account earlier this month and saw the contents of my January box. It all just looked… well, boring I guess. So how did I feel about it now that I’ve gotten the box? Read on!

In December, Try the World sent me their limited edtion Holiday Box for review and I was really impressed. The presentation and packaging were top notch, as were the gourmet goodies inside. Naturally, when they asked if I wanted to review their new Venice box, I happily agreed.

If you haven’t heard, Try the World is a subscription service that invites your taste buds to explore a new city every sixty days.
