Love With Food Free Box and July 2014 Spoilers

Love With Food has partnered with 2 Degrees Food for their upcoming July box!

2 Degrees bars are all natural, gluten-free, and vegan! Yay! Oh, and they taste damn good too!

Like Love With Food, 2 Degrees is also dedicated to feeding the hungry. For every 2 Degrees bar sold, they donate a meal to a person in need. — Just like Love With Food does with their monthly boxes.

Thanks to this awesome partnership, LWF will be doubling the amount of meals donated for the month of July. Woohoo!

FabKids Review & $15 Outfit for New Members

FabKids is a monthly clothing subscription for toddlers & older kiddos (sizes 2-12). Each month you get to choose a new 2-piece outfit from the selections on their site. There are plenty of different outfits to choose from (and mix n’ match) with more being added regularly, but if nothing appeals to you (or your little one), no problem! — You can totally skip a month… or two… or as many as you’d like. You’re never forced to buy anything. (I’ve been a member for almost a year now and have only ordered once or twice. It’s that easy to skip months!)

All 2-piece FabKids outfits are $29.95, but they also have separates that start at $14.95. New members can score their first outfit for just $15 shipped! There’s also a rewards system that allows members to earn points towards free clothes.

Every month you’ll get a box with 6-8 items that can include toys, gear, snacks, hardware, art, accessories, and more! Boxes are $19.37/month (price includes shipping), or less with longer subscriptions.

Last month I got a chance to review May’s Loot Crate (which was themed “Adventure!”) and my husband loved it! He was actually just sporting his new Zelda shirt yesterday. I love that I’ve finally found a subscription that even he enjoys! Yay!

Citrus Lane is a monthly subscription for babies/kids aged newborn-5. It’s $29/month (cheaper with longer subs) and includes a nice assortment of toys, books, snacks, toiletries, etc. Sometimes they even include a gift for mom.

This month’s Citrus Lane box included products to help celebrate the start of summer. I had seen a few spoilers, so I had an idea of what would be in my box, but I’m never 100% sure what I’ll get… Which is kinda the whole point of subscription boxes, right? 😉

Monthly Love June 2014 Review & Special Offer

Monthly Love is a newer “time of the month” subscription box that sends you snacks, pampering products, and a little gift along with your choice of feminine products.

A portion of every month’s profit is donated to a cause or charity that’s often associated with the particular month. For June, they decided to focus on heat waves and how to protect yourself from them during the upcoming summer months. A portion of their profits this month will be donated to the American Red Cross. (Last month’s cause was skin cancer awareness and donations were made to the Skin Cancer Foundation.)

Monthly Love boxes are $30/month and shipping is always free.

Vegan Presence June 2014 Review – The Final Month

Welp, the time has come… This is the final Vegan Presence package. They announced a few months back that the subscription would be coming to an end in June, and here we are.

Vegan Presence is was a monthly subscription box service that featured — you guessed it — 100% vegan-friendly products. Items ranged from food to beauty to household essentials. I looked forward to their packages every month and am mega bummed that the fun is over.

That said, I was hoping for an amazing “final package” of goodies, but was kinda underwhelmed. To be honest, I’m actually sorta happy about it though. Softens the blow a bit.

Love With Food time again! I feel like I just reviewed May’s box… The theme this month is “Take Me Out to the Ball Game”. I’m not a fan of baseball (or sports in general… but baseball is extra snooze-worthy to me)… However, I can definitely appreciate these healthier versions of typical ballpark fare.

Love With Food is only $10/month (plus $2 shipping) for their “standard” box (this one). They also have a “deluxe” box for $19.95/month (free shipping). Ipsy Glam Bag June 2014 Review

Ipsy is a beauty subscription that sends subscribers a monthly “Glam Bag” full of cosmetics and beauty accessories. This is my third month with them (you can see my other reviews here).

When you sign up, you take a “beauty quiz” to determine your likes/dislikes, makeup preferences, etc. This helps Ipsy learn which products to send in your Glam Bag. Each bag will contain 4-6 full sized and deluxe sample sized products from top cosmetics brands.

Ipsy is only $10/month and offers a nice rewards program that gives you points for reviewing your products and referring friends to join. Points can be redeemed for “bonus items” in your next bag. Awesome!

Ipsy sends a lot of different variations each month, so you’ll see that other subscribers got totally different products than you did. Hopefully your beauty quiz answers match you with products that most meet your needs… Did they do a good job matching me up with mine? Let’s see! [read more…]

Orange Glad carefully selects the yummiest treats from sweets shops and bakeries all over the country. Each dessert box will contain five deluxe gourmet treats delivered fresh to your door. The info card indicates when you should eat each treat in order to ensure maximum freshness.

Lunch Balancer Healthy Meal Box Review & 25% Discount Code

Lunch Balancer is a premier subscription service that delivers a monthly box of healthy foods — enough for 5 meals — right to your door.

The meals are put together by Dr. Gabe Smolarz (an endocrinologist) and Sari Smolarz (a clinical nutritionist) and are centered around high protein, low carb foods. Everything comes in convenient, single-serve packages to make it super easy to eat good on the go. Because the focus is on high protein/low carb, you’ll feel more full and satisfied, and therefore less likely to snack between meals. So if you’re looking to drop a few pounds, this box might help you get on the right track.

Lunch Balancer consists of roughly 20 or so food items, all of which are labeled with a colored dot. The inner lid has a chart that lists all of the items, broken into groups based on the dot colors. Each color equals a full meal. (This will probably make more sense further into the review. It’s a simple concept, I promise!)

Pennie Post is a brand new subscription service that offers beautifully designed stationery items delivered to you on a monthly basis.

Every28 is a brand new subscription box for that oh-so-lovely “time of the month”. Yep, it’s a period box. 😉

Every28 offers a totally customizable experience. First you choose whether you want pads, liners, tampons, or a mix of each. Next, you pick the brands you want, along with the total amount of products. Then you just choose your delivery date and you’re good to go!
