Time to unbox & review the December 2022 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).

A nice alternative to potato chips, these cassava chips are a bit thicker and crunchier than the potato version. They’re made with just 3 non-GMO ingredients: hand selected cassava, sustainable non-hydrogenated palm oil, and sea salt. They’re also grain-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly!

This non-GMO granola is both vegan friendly & gluten-free and features whole grain oats, white chocolate chips, brown rice, dried raspberries, and more. Yum! Even my super picky kiddos enjoy this flavor — although they do pluck out the teeny tiny dried raspberry pieces.
Verb Peanut Butter Cookie Caffeinated Snack Bar

My December 2022 Fit Snack box included a nice selection of trail mix, granola, dried fruit, salty snacks, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Artisan Tropic Cassava Strips, GFB Gluten Free Bites, RayZyn Crunchy Chocolate CabernayZyns, and Verb Peanut Butter Cookie Bar.
