Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).

First Order Refresh Lemon Drink Mix
Made with simple and clean ingredients that you can pronounce, this naturally flavored lemon drink mix will enhance the flavor of your water so you drink more of it to fight dehydration. It contains real lemon oil/juice and has only 10 calories & 1g of sugar per 1-scoop serving. It’s also non-GMO, gluten free, and appears to be vegan-friendly. 🙂
Vermont Smoke & Cure Minis Beef & Pork Sticks
These mini beef & pork sticks from Vermont Smoke & Cure are made from animals that were raised without added hormones and who were vegetarian fed. They’re gluten free, low in sugar, and each mini stick contains just 80 calories & 6 grams of protein. This resealable multi-pack contained six individually wrapped sticks.
SatisBite Smoky BBQ Protein Chips
I love barbecue sauce (on plant-based proteins, of course 😉 ), so I was happy to see this bag of vegan-friendly “Smoky BBQ” flavored chips. These are made with wholesome, ethically sourced ingredients including white rice flour, soy flour, tomato powder, and spices. Each serving has 180 calories, 10 grams of protein, and 3 grams of fiber.
Orgain Kids Chocolate Chip O Bar
Made with 10 grams of whole grains, these kid-friendly bars have 3 times more fiber and 40% less sugar than other leading brands. They’re also gluten free, soy free, vegan, non-GMO, and free of all artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
Vade Nutrition Dissolvable Protein Scoops
These pre-portioned, on-the-go protein “scoops” are made using an instant dissolvable film consisting of 100% food grade Ingredients. Kinda like a Tide pod, but with protein powder. Each pod contains 90 calories, zero sugar, and 20 grams of protein. This combo pack included two pods — one chocolate and one vanilla.
Vahdam Tea Sampler
Fit Snack includes samples of Vahdam Teas quite often. This time I received a variety pack with the following assortment: Earl Grey Citrus Black Tea, Himalayan Oolong Tea, Darjeeling Spring Black Tea, Maharaja Breakfast Black Tea, and Cardamom Masala Chai Tea. Each serving is packaged in a pyramid shaped nylon tea bag and is individually sealed at the source for the freshest tea available.
ZeeBar Collagen Protein Bar
I’m always a little sad when I see protein bars made with collagen (for obvious reasons). This bar sounds like it would be quite tasty if it weren’t for the fact that it’s made with protein found in the cartilage, joints, and bones of cattle. #veganproblems For the non-vegans out there, you’ll be happy to know that this bar is gluten free, soy-free, dairy-free, and contains 18 grams of protein per serving.
Wowbutter
A tree nut free alternative to peanut butter, this all natural spread is made with toasted soy nuts. It’s gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan-friendly. Two single-serve packets were included.
The March 2019 Fit Snack box included plenty of protein-packed products. My favorite items this time were the First Order Refresh Drink Mix, SatisBite BBQ Chips, and Orgain Chocolate Chip O Bars.
