Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $29.90/month (shipping included), or less with prepaid multi-month plans. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
Let’s see what’s in the March 2022 Fit Snack box!
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via Priority Mail. — Unfortunately it had a bit of a rough journey and the box was beat up/re-taped along the way.
A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos, discounts, and brief descriptions of each item. — The “Karmalize.Me Organic Trail Mixes” were missing from my box, which likely fell out when it was damaged in transit. 🙁
Moringa is a “superfood” whose leaves contain over 90 nutrients — including 47 antioxidants, 25 vitamins & minerals, and all 9 essential amino acids. The tea above combines moringa with other natural ingredients including hibiscus, orange peel, and corn flower petals for a zesty alternative to your morning coffee. In fact, it actually contains more caffeine per cup than both coffee and black tea!
Ka-Pop! is a brand I’m just discovering here and am happy to learn that all of their products are always vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and allergen-free. The kettle puffs sound delicious and feature a sweet & salty kettle corn flavor with just 3 grams of sugar per serving. The olive oil sea salt popped chips have the satisfyingly crunchy texture of rice cakes, but were a bit too salty for my taste.
This keto-friendly snack bar is made with clean, non-GMO ingredients including pea protein, chicory root fiber, sunflower seed butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, and more. Each bar has 9 grams of plant-based protein, 12 grams of fiber, and only 2 grams of sugar.
Well that was close… I almost started snacking on the delicious-looking granola above while doing this review, but thankfully I decided to double-check the ingredients first and discovered that it contains butter. 🙁 It also contains whole grain oats, brown sugar, coconut, almonds, dried blueberries, and other natural ingredients. Hopefully I can get my super picky kiddos to try it. 😉
This 100% natural turkey stick contains zero grams of sugar, 8 grams of protein, and just 50 calories per serving. It’s also gluten free and keto-friendly.
This non-GMO granola is both vegan friendly & gluten-free and features whole grain oats, white chocolate chips, brown rice, dried raspberries, and more. Yum! Even my super picky kiddos enjoy this flavor — although they do pluck out the teeny tiny dried raspberry pieces. 😉
As described on their website, Tenderlyrooted sprouted walnuts are raw, living foods that are vegan, keto, and paleo friendly. They’re full of amino acids and macronutrients and pack all the punch of regular walnuts with the added benefit of having less tannins and increased available nutrients. — Sounds like the perfect 100% natural snack!
My March 2022 Fit Snack box included a few new-to-me products, as well as some old stand-by’s. My personal favorites this time were the Miracle Tree Moringa Energy Tea, Ka-Pop! Sweet & Salty Kettle Puffs, Bakery on Main Granola, and Tenderlyrooted Sprouted Walnuts. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
