Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $24/month (shipping included), or less with longer, multi-month commitments. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 30% on your first box! No coupon needed, just click this link.
Let’s see what’s in the November 2018 Fit Snack box!
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via Priority Mail.

An info card listed all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos, short descriptions, and discount codes for each item.
Comet Crispies is (are?) the current favorite Love Grown Foods variety in our house these days. It used to be Fruity Sea Stars, but my girls are all about chocolate now. (Can’t blame ’em!) All Love Grown Foods’ kid-friendly cereals are made with a blend of garbanzo beans, navy beans, and lentils. They’re also wheat & corn free, made with natural colors & flavors, and vegan-friendly.
These crunchy cheese snacks are made with all natural ingredients including pasteurized cow’s milk, milk protein, salt, and cheese culture. Each 2-serving package contains 12 grams of protein, 2 grams of total carbs, and 170 calories.
Described as a “clean alternative to granola”, this hearty müesli features a satisfying blend of oats, crystalized ginger, pumpkin seeds, dried blueberries, unsweetened coconut, maple syrup, and other all natural ingredients. It’s vegan-friendly, non-GMO, and contains no added oil, refined sugar, or preservatives.
These “high octane teas” contain the same amount of natural caffeine as a cup of coffee — 3 times the level as traditional tea. Two different flavors were included: Pomegranate Mojito (a blend of green tea, peppermint, lime & pomegranate) and Blue Lady (black tea with orange, lemon, passion fruit & hibiscus).
Landjaeger is a traditional semidried sausage that’s subtly seasoned and cured. Each package is vacuum sealed and requires no refrigeration, making it a great on-the-go snack.
Unlike many bars that cause you to crash, IQ bars are high in energizing healthy fats and low in net carbs to give you sustained cognitive energy & performance. This bar includes 6 brain-functional nutrients (Lion’s Mane, omega 3s, flavonoids, vitamin E, magnesium, and prebiotic fiber), 6 grams of protein, and just 4 net carbs. It’s also keto, paleo, vegan, and kosher and contains zero grains, gluten, dairy, or soy.
These bars were recently voted as a Fit Snack favorite in their monthly survey, so they included them as a bonus. They were first featured in August’s box and I gotta say, they’re absolutely DELICIOUS! The wholesome snack bars are minimally processed and include simple ingredients including oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, honey, and more. They’re gluten-free, non-GMO, and contain no fillers or artificial sweeteners. Two bars were included, along with coupons and even a hair tie.
November’s Fit Snack box included a pleasing assortment of salty snacks, hearty cereals, filling snack bars, and more. My personal favorite items this time were the Love Grown Comet Crispies, Anew Toasted Müesli, IQ Bar, and Nothin’ But! bars. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 30% on your first box!
