Time to unbox & review the September 2022 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $29.90/month (shipping included), or less with prepaid multi-month plans. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via UPS Ground.

An info card listed all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos, discounts, and brief descriptions of each item.
These crispy, hexagon-shaped crackers are great for health-conscious snackers, as they have 53% less calories compared to the leading brands. Each serving has just 70 calories, 8 grams of net carbs, and an impressive 15 grams of fiber. “Vegetable” features a flavorful blend of enriched wheat flour, organic vegetables (garlic, onion, red & green bell peppers, carrots & more), and other natural ingredients.
These mini chocolate chip cookies give you the sweetness you crave without all of the guilt that comes with “regular” cookies. They’re made with all natural ingredients including almond flour, coconut oil, butter, dried whole eggs, unsweetened chocolate, and sea salt. Each keto-friendly serving contains 3 grams of protein, 13 grams of fat, and just 1 gram of net carbs.
I’m always happy to try new-to-me plant-based protein powders. WellGrove crafts their protein powder with sustainably sourced plant protein, EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) super powder, probiotic fiber and digestive enzymes. Each serving contains between 151-181 calories (depending on the flavor you chose), less than 1 gram of sugar, close to 5 grams of fiber, and 20 grams of plant-based protein. Both flavors are non-GMO and vegan friendly!
Purps Organic Energy was specifically formulated to provide a healthy energy drink using all natural, plant-based ingredients including yerba mate, green tea berry, coffee berry, Indian gooseberry, guarana seed, and pomegranate. It has zero sugar and is 100% free of soy, gluten, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, and anything artificial. It’s also both vegan- and keto-friendly.
This non-GMO granola is both vegan friendly & gluten-free and features sweetened dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, flax & sesame seeds, and more. We tend to receive this product/flavor in many Fit Snack boxes and although I do enjoy it, I’m not all that excited to see it included so often.
Unlike conventional graham crackers, Nairn’s are baked with pure gluten-free oats and contain 35% less sugar than the average comparable “sweet cookie” (they’re made in Scotland). The packet above is ginger flavored and absolutely delicious. It was the first snack from the box to get eaten and now I wish I had more. So good!!
Tenderlyrooted sprouted walnuts are raw, living foods that are vegan, keto, and paleo friendly. They’re full of amino acids and macronutrients and pack all the punch of regular walnuts with the added benefit of having less tannins and increased available nutrients. — The perfect 100% natural snack!
My September 2022 Fit Snack box included a nice selection of crackers, cookies, protein powder, nuts, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Nairn’s Ginger Oat Grahams, WellGrove Plant Protein Packets, and Tenderlyrooted Sprouted Walnuts. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 20% on your first box!
