September 2018 Graze box review time!
If you haven’t heard, Graze is an affordable snack subscription that features over 100 unique snack options that you can filter to best suit your taste/diet. Each box contains 8 (previously 4) different snacks and you can choose to receive a box weekly or once every two weeks.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Graze is totally customizable and suitable for almost any diet. They have a filtering system that lets you “trash” any snack that contains something you don’t like so you’ll never receive it in your box. For example, since I’m vegan, I was able to automatically select all of the snacks that contained cheese, as well as the ones that contained milk and mark them all as “trash”. This ensures that I’ll never receive any snacks that contain cheese or milk. You have the ability to rate all of the snacks before (and after) you try them. So if something looks really good and you hope to see it in your box at some point, you can rate it as “love”. It’s a nice system and seems to work really well, based on the snacks I received.
Subscriptions are $11.99/box for 8 snacks, but you can also try a FREE 4-snack sampler (just pay $1 shipping).
Let’s see what’s in my latest Graze box!
Everything was shipped in a small purple box with the Graze logo on top.
A peek inside!
The back of the insert card listed all of the snacks in my box, as well as nutritional info and ingredients for each one. (The text is pretty tiny, but much easier to actually read in person.)
Maple Oat Squares with Superfood Maca
These maple oat squares are a newer offering from Graze and they are absolutely DELICIOUS. They were noticeably crispier than my beloved Flapjacks, but had a similar flavor. The maple syrup really stood out and made me wish I had at least 9732 more of these lil’ guys. 😉
Bountiful Berries
A healthy “fruit only” mix of goldenberries, green raisins, blueberries, and cranberries. Perfect for when you’re craving something a little sweet, but don’t want to overindulge.
Anytime Energizer
A heart-healthy blend of dried pears, walnuts, and apple juice sweetened cherries. This is a nutritionist approved mix that offers a good source of copper & manganese for increased energy.
Garden of England
More fruity goodness. — Mini strawberries, chewy apple pieces, and blackcurrants. A healthy, guilt-free snack to enjoy at any time of day. (The mini strawberries are SO good!)
Vanilla Pear Energiser
Another “Energiser” snack, this mix consists of almonds, dried pears, cranberries, and vanilla flavored pumpkin seeds. It’s a nice combo of sweet fruit and filling nuts/seeds — perfect for a satisfying mid-afternoon pick-me-up.
Snickerdoodle Dip
Graze must know that Snickerdoodle Dip is my all time favorite snack because I seem to get it in Every. Single. Box. — But I’m not complaining! You just can’t go wrong with crunchy cinnamon pretzel sticks nestled right next to their own lil’ tub of snickerdoodle dip. 🙂
Natural Energy Nuts
An all natural nut mix made up of almonds — blanched and unblanched, walnuts, and roasted hazelnuts. Each serving has 4 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protein. It’s also a good source of both copper and manganese.
Banana Oat Squares
More Oat Squares! These ones are made with hearty rolled oats, bananas, seeds, and other natural ingredients. They also contain lucuma, a subtly sweet Peruvian superfruit that’s a natural source of contains beta carotene, iron, zinc, vitamin B3, calcium, and protein.
Home Chef Coupon
Also included in the box was a coupon good for $35 in free meals from Home Chef.
Another great selection of vegan-friendly, pre-portioned snacks from Graze! — Remember, if you want to give Graze a try you can get a FREE 4-snack sampler (just pay $1 shipping)! No coupon code needed.
