Let’s see what’s in the August 2018 Kloverbox!
Everything was shipped in a plain brown box with a white Kloverbox label across the top.
A peek inside!
As always, an info card listed all of the items in the box along with descriptions, retail values, and a few discount codes.
I honestly never bother to use top coats when I polish my nails, but if I ever decide to it’ll be nice to have this vegan-friendly option available. Not only will this protect your mani, but the formula is 8-free and certified cruelty-free by PETA & Leaping Bunny.
Gypsy Soul Organics Rosehip + Carrot Seed Eye Serum ($29.99)
For some reason I kept getting error pages when going to the Gypsy Soul Organics site, so I wasn’t able to look it up or link it above. According to the info card, this quick-absorbing eye serum is high in essential fatty acids which help to fight dehydrated/weathered skin and fine lines. It’s a “dry” oil, meaning that it soaks into the skin easily and leaves no greasy residue behind. I like the easy roll-on application and the light, fresh scent.
This little sample of handcrafted bar soap is made with a blend of organic ingredients including shea butter soap, coconut oil, bentonite clay, tea tree oil, and lemon oil. It also contains activated charcoal to help detoxify and clean oily, acne-prone skin. I do wish the sample was a bit larger, but I guess it would be nice for travel.
These organic energy chews are made with real fruit flavors and are naturally colored using black carrot concentrate. They contain Vitamins B6, B12, & C and plenty of electrolytes to keep you going. They’re not labeled as such, but it also looks like they’re vegan-friendly!
August’s Kloverbox included a nice selection of natural skincare, a cosmetic item, and even a snack. My favorite items were the Gypsy Soul Organics Eye Serum, the mini bar soap, and the Bolt Energy Chews. The total retail value of August’s box was just over $50! — If you’d like to check out Kloverbox for yourself, you can save 10% off any length subscription when you use this link and enter coupon code “KLOVERBOX10” at checkout!
