I was excited when my November bluum box was delivered before I even got a shipping notification. Unfortunately, the excitement ended there…

If you’re new here, bluum is a monthly subscription box for babies & kiddos from birth through age 5. Each box contains five or more products that are responsibly sourced, eco-friendly and often organic. The contents are based on the age of your kiddo in months, so boxes tend to vary a LOT. “Life is short. Wear glitter.” — Words of wisdom according to this month’s Ipsy Glam Bag. November’s theme is “Girl meets Glitter” and features products that add a little sparkle and shine to your everyday look.

Ipsy is a beauty subscription that sends subscribers a monthly “Glam Bag” full of cosmetics and beauty accessories for just $10/month. When you sign up, you take a “beauty quiz” to determine your likes/dislikes, makeup preferences, etc. This helps Ipsy learn which products to send in your Glam Bag. I’ve been getting Darby Smart’s “To DIY For” box for a couple months now and am finally getting around to reviewing one. — October’s project was just way too cool not to share here. Plus, I’m kinda impressed by how well I did with it. (Hey, it’s a big deal for someone as craft-challenged as I am!)

Oh hey — It’s another October Citrus Lane review! This is actually the third box I received this month — the first one was my “regular” box, the second was a mystery box, and this one is the box my mom subscribes to. Triple the goodies!

Citrus Lane is a monthly subscription for babies/kids aged newborn-5. It’s $29/month (less with longer term subscriptions) and includes a nice assortment of toys, books, snacks, toiletries, etc. Sometimes they even include a gift for mom.
