July Panda Pals review time!
Panda Pals is a unique “play and learn” monthly sock subscription created just for kids. Each shipment will include two colorful pairs of socks, along with fun and educational activities — aka “Socktivities”. The socks fit children 3 through 8 and are available in two sizes. For every subscription purchased, Sock Panda (the parent company of Panda Pals) donates a pair of socks to kids in need.
Subscriptions are $15/month with shipping included. For a limited time, you can save 15% with coupon code “PAL”.
Let’s see what’s in the July 2016 Panda Pals package!
Everything was shipped in a colorful Sock Panda envelope.
Activity Worksheet – This month’s package introduced us to a new character — Cornelius the Seahorse! A 2-sided Socktivity worksheet provided little ones with some interesting facts about seahorses, as well as games and activities. It included learning about compound words, letter shapes, a word search, and more.
Finding Cornelius – Another activity featured a full-color underwater scene with hidden objects & characters for your little one to find.
The Socks – I think this is the first month that I’ve seen a noticeable difference in the sizes of the two pair of socks. Well, not the actually size — just the length of the sock from the ankle up. The first pair features our new friend Cornelius the seahorse sporting some cool 3D fins. The second (shorter) pair has a bright blue background with images of treasure chests, colorful socks, huts, and palm trees.
As always, each pair comes complete with a built in snap to keep both socks together. — No more stray socks!
Stickers – Also included was a sheet of stickers starring some of the other Panda Pals characters.
Panda Pals continues to be a convenient, affordable subscription to add new socks to your child’s wardrobe, while keeping them busy with a few fun (and educational!) activities. 😉 Remember — for a limited time, you can save 15% with coupon code “PAL”!
