November SnackSack time!
If you haven’t heard, SnackSack is a relatively new subscription box that focuses on delivering natural, “junk-free” snacks to your door every month. All of the snacks included will be free of “artificial junk” and offer a mixture of all natural, vegan, organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and fair trade products. They’ll all be tucked inside a reusable burlap sack, which is shipped in a large box for ultimate snack protection.
Subscriptions are $23/month with free shipping. Discounts are also available for multi-month plans. (There’s also one at the end of this post!)
Let’s see what’s in the November 2015 SnackSack!
As always, the snacks were all shipped in a large white box with a green SnackSack logo on top.
The information card listed everything inside, along with a brief description. There are also little symbols next to each one indicating whether it’s vegan, gluten-free, and/or non-GMO.
Brothers All-Natural Strawberry & Banana Crisps – We just started buying these on a weekly basis because my kiddos LOVE them! They’re a tasty mix of real freeze dried strawberries and banana with NO sugar added. So good!
The Better Chip Beet Tortilla Chips – Non-GMO whole grain chips made with real beets, giving them a pretty pink/red color. Vegan and gluten-free.
Pop Art White Cheddar Jalapeno Gourmet Popcorn – Pop Art is all about creating unique flavor combinations. This features non-GMO popcorn flavored with real white cheddar cheese and spicy jalapeno peppers.
Mandy’s Rich Chocolate Cookie Thins – I’ve received these thin cookie crisps in another snack subscription and was bummed that they weren’t vegan. They look so good!
Betty Lou’s Nuts About Cashew Pecan Energy Ball – Thankfully (for me), this snack is vegan and looks mighty tasty. It’s made with cashews, oats, pecans, raisins, sunflower seeds, and lots of other healthy ingredients.
Raw Rev Crunchy Peanut Butter & Sea Salt Glo Protein Bar – These protein bars are pretty good. Not awesome, but good. They’re made with raw superfoods and are both vegan and gluten-free.
Earnest Eats Superfood Trail Mix Bar – I love Earnest Eats bars! They’re pretty much a healthier/vegan version of the conventional chewy granola bars I grew up on. Yum!
Barnana Coconut Banana Bites – Real pieces of chewy dried organic bananas with a touch of coconut.
Fruit Bliss French Agen Mini Plums – I’ve never had dried plums before, but I imagine they’ll be quite good. I do like the non-dried version, so… Yep.
Vintage Italia Spicy Tomato Herb Pasta Chips – These “pasta” chips are made with semolina flour and contain 60% less fat than regular potato chips. I tried them a while ago and wasn’t really a fan, but I’ll give ’em another shot with this flavor.
Hubs Home Cooked Salted Virginia Peanuts – Peanuts! A simple, go-to snack healthy snack.
Gorilly Goods Savory Pumpkin Seeds & Kale – Well this is new. I’ve never seen kale included as a “mix” with other snack foods. This features a combo of both kale and pumpkin seeds, along with savory spices.
Kelapo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil – I have quite the collection of these coconut oil packets thanks to subscription boxes! I always forget that they’re there. Whoops.
Jimmybar No Bluffin’ Banana Muffin Bar – Ooh! This sounds good. A “clean snack bar” that tastes like a banana muffin. Mmm!
Coupon – I normally don’t include coupon photos in my reviews, but I make an exception for free product ones! 🙂
I’m pretty happy with November’s SnackSack. As always, it was STUFFED full of awesome treats to satisfy just about anyone’s snackin’ cravings. Lots of vegan-friendly ones this month too!
