Super Gains Pack is a subscription box that sends you a selection of supplements, protein bars, energy gels, and other fitness-related products every month.
Each box will contain a hand-picked assortment of the latest brand name supplements, as well as products like nutrition bars & energy gels, a meal prep plan, high-protein recipe, workout ideas, and more. Super Gains Pack is veteran owned & operated and dedicated to bringing you the best fitness products at the lowest price.
There are 3 different box sizes to choose from: Gains Pack ($12/month), Big Gains Pack ($20/month), and the Super Gains Pack ($28/month). Shipping is free for every plan, plus if you sign up for either the Big Gains or Super Gains Pack, you’ll receive a FREE shaker bottle in your first box.
Let’s see what’s in the August 2015 Super Gains Pack!
Everything was shipped in a large black box with the Super Gains Pack logo on top.
There wasn’t an info card included, which was kind of a bummer… Mainly because I don’t know a thing about supplements. That said, I’m basically just going to list everything in the box with very brief descriptions (likely taken from the labels). 😉
Cellucor Alpha Amino Performance Aminos in Fruit Punch – A fruit punch flavored sports drink powder with 14 aminos.
ProSupps Dr Jekyll Intense Energy Pre Workout in Orange Burst – This is to be taken 15 to 30 minutes before exercise and the packet warns not to consume more than 2 servings in a 24 hour period (I’m totally curious what will happen if you do).
Nubreed Nutrition Tenacity Thermodynamic Accelerator – These capsules claim to provide clean energy & focus, suppress your appetite, and accelerate your metabolism.
Nutrex Lipo 6 Black Ultra Concentrate – A “fat destroying” pill that also comes with a big warning not to take more than 2 in a 24 hour period. It also says not to take it within 6 hours of sleep, since it appears to be chock full o’ caffeine. (You can’t drink coffee, tea, or soda while taking it either.)
Beast Beast Mode Pre-Workout Supplement in Pink Lemonade – This pre-workout drink “maximizes intensity and energizes the body to compete at the highest level”. It builds strength, maximizes focus, and increases endurance. The bag contains 10 servings.
Beast Aminolytes Advanced Amino Matrix – A pineapple-flavored drink with electrolytes and aminos to support muscle endurance during your workouts and help recovery post-workout. 5 servings are included in the bag.
CTD Noxitropin REM & HGH in Berry Banana – This supplement helps give you restful sleep, aids in muscle recovery, and a “leaner & harder physique”.
PEScience Select Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Powder – A gluten-free protein powder with 11.5 grams of protein per packet (1/2 serving).
QuestBar Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar – This bar actually looks really good and I’m kinda bummed that it’s not vegan. It has an impressive 21 grams of protein, 17 grams of fiber, only 1 gram of sugar, and it’s gluten-free.
360PRE Pre-Workout Activator in Pineapple – This supplement claims to “amp up workout intensity & pumps and boost muscle strength & endurance”.
Controlled Labs Green Magnitude in Sour Green Apple – A “creatine matrix volumizer”? Sounds like a hair product to me. 😉
Honey Stinger Chocolate Waffle – These waffle snacks have been in a lot of different subscription boxes. They’re honey-based treats made with organic ingredients to help fuel you naturally.
GU Energy Gel in Strawberry Banana – A fruity energy gel that promises “superior energy with maximum recovery”.
ETB Eat the Bear Vanilla Whey Protein – A vanilla-flavored protein powder with an impressive 20 grams of protein per serving.
FitMiss Ignite in Strawberry Margarita – Women’s pre-workout and energy booster.
Musclepharm Arnold Schwarzenegger Iron CRE3 “Super Creatine” Nitrate Formula – The title is way too long to bother with a description. (Is anyone even reading these?)
ProSupps Vanish Fat Metabolizer – This “enhances mood & mental clarity, suppresses appetite & cravings, and promotes fat loss”.
BPI Sports Best BCAA in Watermelon Ice – According to the package, this is “the only oligopeptide weight loss BCAA model”. I’m sure that means something to someone.
PBI Sports ISO HD in Banana Cream Pie – 100% whey protein isolate and hydrolysate. Fast absorption for lean muscle growth and rapid muscle recovery. 25 grams of protein per pouch.
Super Gains Pack Shaker Bottle – Here’s the shaker bottle that you can get FREE with your first Big Gains or Super Gains Pack box. There’s a little metal spring-like ball(?) inside that helps blend up your drinks.
A brochure was included that featured this month’s workout, a high protein recipe, and a one week meal prep plan.
Phew! — That was a LOT of supplements. While this clearly isn’t my thing, I can totally see how Great Gains Pack would be an ideal box for anyone into hardcore fitness and working out. There were a ton of different samples to try and the price seemed pretty reasonable for everything you get.
