When I picked up my December Kloverbox today I noticed that the box was a lot larger and heavier than it’s been in past months. I’ve yet to be disappointed in any of their boxes since they’ve launched over the summer, so I was anxious to see what was inside.

Kloverbox is a monthly subscription box that features eco-friendly products ranging anywhere from snacks and personal products to makeup, household goods, and more. The purpose of the box is to introduce you to “cleaner” versions of the products you use on a daily basis. The subscription is $25/month (shipping included) or less with longer commitments. Citrus Lane December 2014 Review & Coupon Code

I was super excited to see my December Citrus Lane box on the porch the other day — even more so than usual. I had already seen a few spoilers and there was a certain item that I was reeeeally hoping to find in the box.

If you haven’t heard, Citrus Lane is a monthly subscription for babies/kids aged newborn-5. It’s $29/month (less with longer term subscriptions) and includes a nice assortment of toys, books, snacks, toiletries, etc. Sometimes they even include a gift for mom. Ipsy Glam Bag December 2014 Review

Ipsy time! December’s Glam Bag theme is “Thinking of You” and is a shoutout to all of the subscribers who made Ipsy a part of their lives in 2014. So in relation to the actual products, there’s not really a theme at all. Hey, as long as the products are decent, I’m totally fine with vague (or absent) themes.

For those not aware, Ipsy is a beauty subscription that sends subscribers a monthly “Glam Bag” full of cosmetics and beauty accessories for just $10/month. When you sign up, you take a “beauty quiz” to determine your likes/dislikes, makeup preferences, etc. This helps Ipsy learn which products to send in your Glam Bag. Each bag will contain 4-6 full sized and deluxe sample sized products from top cosmetics brands. [read more…]

Glossybox November 2014 Review & FREE Gift

Glossybox had a great coupon code for Black Friday (actually it was a glitch) that made your first box just $1.00 shipped. I couldn’t pass that up, so I quickly went to their site and scored one. Soon after, the glitch was fixed (it was supposed to take 20% off, not $20), but Glossybox was awesome enough to honor the $1 orders in the system. Yay!

Glossybox is a monthly beauty subscription box that sends 5-6 deluxe sized samples packed inside a super sturdy, reusable box. The packaging is top notch and only the highest quality brands are included. Bluum December 2014 Review & Coupon Code

I was excited to see my December bluum box sitting on my porch this morning. However, I wasn’t too thrilled that the mailman left it right in a puddle of water. Thankfully nothing was damaged and it turned out to be a LOT better box than last month’s questionable offering.

If you’re not aware, bluum is a monthly subscription box for babies & kiddos from birth through age 5. Each box contains five or more products that are responsibly sourced, eco-friendly and often organic. The contents are based on the age of your kiddo in months, so boxes tend to vary a LOT. Ecocentric Mom time! I always look forward to this box for two reasons: One, it only comes every other month (the wait makes it more exciting). Two, I never know what’s going to be inside. It’s rare that I ever see a spoiler/review before receiving my box, so the contents always remain a mystery.
