A full-color newspaper style booklet provided details on all of the items included in the Fall 2018 FabFitFun box, along with style tips, interviews, and more.
Alfred French Press ($22)
All subscribers were given the choice of an Alfred Teapot ($26 value) OR this Alfred French Press. I originally selected the teapot, but after watching a video FabFitFun posted showing the press in use, I decided to go with that instead. This easy to use coffee press is made of glass & stainless steel and features the phrase “But First, Coffee” — a popular line that was actually coined by Alfred!
Catherine Malandrino Umbrella in Black/White Floral ($39.99)
Subscribers could also choose between the umbrella above (in black/white floral or red floral) or a pair of Cylo Cobra Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds in black or white ($40 value). I never use earbuds, so this was an easy choice for me. That said, I can’t say that I really need another umbrella, but it’s always nice to have a few spares. Plus, this one has a cute design and opens up with the push of a button. 🙂
Crown Brush 6-Piece Brush Set ($75)
The final selections that could be chosen by all subscribers were the Crown brush set above (in black & rose gold or silver) or a Vince Camuto Luck Tote in black or red desert ($128 value). I honestly wasn’t interested in either selection, so I just went with the brushes since I figured I could find someone to swap them with. The set includes 6 brushes made with 100% synthetic bristles, all packed into a convenient travel case.
Farmacy Dew it All Total Eye Cream ($38)
Only Select (annual) subscribers could choose between the eye cream above, Touch In SOL Metallist Luqid Foil Lipstick Due in Penny ($24.99 Value), or Cuccio Somatology yogahhh! Detox Bath ($39.95 Value). After hitting a milestone birthday this year (ugh!), the eye cream was another easy choice. Made with organic ingredients, the cream treats the entire area around the eye by minimizing signs of aging & stress such as dark circles and loss of skin firmness. It’s free of parabens, sulfates, artificial coloring, and is never tested on animals. 🙂
Grown Alchemist Polishing Facial Exfoliant ($67)
The second “Select Members Only” choices were between the exfoliant above, Grown Alchemist Hydra-Repair Day Cream: Camellia & Geranium Blossom ($49 Value), or Grown Alchemist Hydra-Restore Cream Cleanser: Olive Leaf & Plantago Extract ($49 Value). The polishing exfoliant gently removes dead skin cells while it hydrates, giving you clean & smooth skin. It’s formulated with glucomannan and pink grapefruit to absorb oils and fight free radicals.

Beautyblender Original Makeup Sponge ($20)
This popular egg-shaped makeup sponge features an open cell structure that fills with small amounts of water when wet. This allows the sponge to be “full” so that the makeup product sits on top of the sponge rather than being absorbed, allowing you to use less product every time. When wet, it doubles in size and becomes even softer, returning to its original size when it air dries. It’s great for evenly applying foundation, creams, and loose powder.
Simply Whimsical Tea Towels 2-Pack ($14.99)
I love getting homewares in subscription boxes, so this was a nice inclusion. The set includes two towels, both featuring the same white and gray striped pattern. These are neutral enough to fit into almost anyone’s kitchen decor.
GlamGlow Bubblesheet Oxygenating Deep Cleanse Mask 2-Pack ($18)
Once applied to your face, these “bubble masks” from GlamGlow activate an oxygenating & tingling 3D bubbling experience that instantly invigorates, detoxifies, and removes dirt & makeup from the skin. Infused with charcoal, they leave your complexion purified and glowing.
Skin&Co Roma Blue in Capri ($22)
This limited edition body wash gently cleanses and hydrates while leaving behind a light, pleasant scent. It can be used as a body wash or bubble bath and features notes of wild sage, lemon, and alpine rose.
Luna Rica Salted Caramel Nut Bar (Sponsored Item)
The sponsored (bonus) item for Fall’s box was a Luna Rica bar made with cashew butter, fruit, and nuts. It’s gluten free and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it’s also vegan-friendly!
FabFitFun never disappoints when it comes to value and the Fall 2018 box was no exception! My favorite items this time around were the Alfred French Press, Catherine Malandrino Umbrella, Farmacy Eye Cream, tea towels, and Luna bar.
