Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $24/month (shipping included), or less with longer, multi-month commitments. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 30% on your first box! No coupon needed, just click this link.
Let’s see what’s in the January 2021 Fit Snack box!
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via Priority Mail.
A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos, discounts, and brief descriptions of each item.
I’m a big fan of Bakery on Main products, so it was fun to see not one — but FOUR packages of their gluten free granola in January’s box. Flavors included White Chip Raspberry Swirl (x2), Cranberry Almond Maple, and Monster Cookie. Not only are all 3 flavors gluten free, but they’re also non-GMO and vegan-friendly! Can’t wait to try them!
Subscribers could have received these pea crisps in White Cheddar or the Lightly Salted variety above. Thankfully, I received the latter. 🙂 These light & airy crisps are made with real green peas and taste like a vegan-friendly “cheese” puff. They contain 50% less sodium than regular potato chips and have 4 grams of plant-based protein per serving.
This hearty instant oatmeal is made with nutritious ingredients including oats, almonds, dates, egg whites, apples, and cinnamon. Each serving contains 12 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber, and 100% whole grain gluten-free oats. It can be made with hot water, in the microwave, or even enjoyed as overnight oats.
I’ve recently gotten this treat in a different snack subscription box and was happy to see it pop up once again. These crunchy morsels consist of crispy organic quinoa coated in smooth dark chocolate and sprinkled with tiny peppermint candy pieces. They’re gluten-free, nut-free, non-GMO, and vegan-friendly.
These all natural, vegan-friendly crackers are made with a crunchy mix of sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, arrowroot, olive oil, and salt. They’re gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, and vegan-friendly.
Baja Jerky Sweet Orange Beef Jerky (Bonus Item)
Craft jerky made with 100% natural beef and a blend of flavorful spices. It contains no added MSG, nitrates, nitrites, gluten, or preservatives.
January’s Fit Snack box included quite a few repeats from past months, but I’m not mad. 😉 My personal favorites were the Bakery on Main granolas, Harvest Snaps Pea Crisps, and Undercover Crispy Quinoa Snack. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 30% on your first box!
