Let’s see what’s in my June 2021 Glossybox!
The actual Glossybox was shipped in a black & white outer box to protect it in transit.
As mentioned earlier, everything comes in a sturdy lidded box that’s great for repurposing.
A peek inside!
An info sheet revealed the contents of June’s box — along with descriptions, retail prices, and tips for using each item.
Seed Phytonutrients Moisture Conditioner ($18 value)
Okay, how cool is this bottle?! — It’s made from recycled materials and uses 60% less plastic than traditional containers. Plus, once it’s emptied, you can split it open and find a packet of heirloom seeds inside. So neat! — Oh, right I should probably talk about the actual product too… 😉 This 98% natural conditioner is designed to replenish dry, coarse, or damaged hair. Organic meadowfoam seed oil provides deep hydration for healthy, soft, shiny hair, while mango butter helps manage dry ends and fly-aways. The formula is vegan-friendly, silicone-free, paraben-free, and gluten free. It also has a nice (all natural!) black tea and ginger scent. Love it!
Naobay Cosmetics Freedom Low pH Hemp & Green Tea Cleanser ($18.20 value)
Formulated to gently remove dirt and impurities without over-drying, this low pH cleanser is suitable for use both morning and night. It’s infused with green tea and hemp that will leave your skin feeling refreshed without being stripped of all your natural oils. This product is both vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
PiperWai Natural Deodorant Cream Mini ($6 value)
This all natural deodorant from PiperWai has a creamy paste-like consistency that you simply rub in with your fingers. It’s formulated with activated charcoal and other clean ingredients that absorb moisture and provide long-lasting odor protection. A pea-sized amount is all you need and this “mini” jar should last about 5-7 days.
I don’t typically (read: ever) use highlighter, so I was a little indifferent when I saw this product in the box. — However, I later read that you can also apply this above your eyelids to create a subtle glow so I may just use it after all. 😉 It’s infused with skin-nourishing green tea extract, evening primrose, and luminous radiance pearls that capture and reflect light for a healthy, sun-kissed finish. The formula is also cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. 🙂
Pili Ani Ageless Concentrate ($8 value)
This teeny tiny bottle contains a powerful face oil that repairs the skin from within with the help of natural oils from the Pili tree. Along with Pili oil, it also includes Elemi oil to help protect skin from environmental aggressors and free radicals. With continued use, you should see visible results of healthy, glowing skin within 4 weeks.
I hadn’t reviewed Glossybox in a few years (since 2017!), so I was excited to be given another opportunity to check them out. 🙂 My absolute favorite item from June’s box was the Seed Phytonutrients Moisture Conditioner, which I cannot wait to try. (Is it weird that I also can’t wait to finish it so I can get to the seed packet inside?) The total retail value of everything in June’s Glossybox was over $86! Not too shabby. 😀 — Remember, for a limited time you can get your first box for only $15 when you use coupon code “ROSE15” at checkout!
