Okay, so I *thought* I had successfully canceled my bluum account already, but clearly I didn’t. When I received their “sorry to see you go” email, I assumed that meant it was a done deal. Um, nope. Turns out there was another link in there that I had to click to REALLY, officially cancel my subscription. Psssh.

Anywhooo, if you’re not aware, bluum is a monthly subscription box for babies & kiddos from birth through age 5. Each box contains five or more products that are responsibly sourced, eco-friendly and often organic. The contents are based on the age of your kiddo in months, so boxes tend to vary a LOT.

My girls are currently 32(?) months old, so the bluum box I received was geared towards a 33 month old child. [read more…]

My Glossybox actually arrived pretty early this month, which is a nice change. I already knew what was going to be in the box, but I was still looking forward to checking everything out.

Now that BuddhiBox offers a vegan subscription option, I look forward to its arrival even more. The unboxing for this sub was always fun, but knowing I won’t have to check ingredients — even better!

I reviewed our first My Pretend Place Dress Up Box back in February and was really impressed with what was inside (you can check it out here). My girls are at the age where they’re taking more interest in pretend play, so I was excited to see what would be in store for April’s box.

Ivy Kids is celebrating the long-awaited arrival of spring with the theme of April’s box. — It’s all about seeds, plants, and flowers! Fun!

If you’re not aware, Ivy Kids is a monthly activity box for children aged 3 through 8. It was founded by a certified early childhood educator, turned stay-at-home mom who had begun creating her own activities in order to entertain and educate her kiddos.

I reviewed my first Koala Crate back in February (“Colors”) and thought it was a great box for little ones. So of course I was happy when I was offered a chance to review their latest box — “Bugs”!

Taste Guru is one of the few monthly subscriptions boxes out there that’s dedicated to the gluten-free lifestyle. It’s a great way for those who follow a gluten-free diet to discover new “safe” food, drink, and snack items.

Last month I reviewed the first mission in the Junior Explorers subscription (Mission Arctic). This month we’re heading to the Serengeti to learn about the great African migration and all of the animals who take part in it.

Junior Explorers is a fun, educational subscription box for kids 6 to 11 that allows them to explore the natural world. They’ll learn about wildlife and ecosystems, as well as the importance of protecting them.

Your child will embark on a new “mission” each month, which is comprised of both physical materials as well as exclusive online content. Yay! Sudsy Box time again! This is by far one of my favorite boxes to open just because it smells SO dang good. Damn good even. (Ooooh.)

I first reviewed Fit Snack back in January and was pleased with the selection of healthy snacks they sent. I didn’t get a chance to check out February’s box, so I was excited to see what they’d have in store for March.

Fit Snack doesn’t just toss any ol’ snacks into their boxes. They have a set of guidelines that help them choose items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. I recently reviewed February’s Chococurb box (seen here) and was very impressed with the unique selection of chocolates they sent. By sheer luck, that box was also totally vegan. I wasn’t quite so lucky this time, but I was equally as impressed with the treats.
