Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $29.90/month (shipping included), or less with prepaid multi-month plans. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 20% on your first box! No coupon needed.
Let’s see what’s in the June 2022 Fit Snack box!

Guaranteed to be “surprisingly delicious”, these baked matzo chips are made with all natural ingredients including unbleached enriched wheat flour, sesame seeds, dehydrated toasted onion, sea salt, crushed red pepper, and rosemary extract. They’re vegan, nut-free, and are proudly crafted here in the USA (Brooklyn, to be exact).
With only 117 calories and 11 grams of protein per pack, these crunchy roasted edamame beans are a great healthy snacking option. They’re made with non-GMO edamame (aka soybeans) and a mixture of flavorful spices. This “supersnack” is vegan, gluten-free, and keto-friendly.
“Monster Cookie” granola features a decadent blend of gluten-free oats, dark chocolate chips, almonds, rainbow sprinkles, and more. It’s gluten free, non-GMO, vegan-friendly, and has 16 grams of whole grains per serving. Both of my kids love this stuff, so I’m sure they’ll be a fight over who gets to enjoy it this time. 😉
These premium-quality organic dates were naturally grown and handpicked in the Coachella Valley of southern California. Dates are rich in essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making them a healthy alternative to sugary snacks. The snack pack above contains 3 fresh pitted dates.
These mini chocolate chip cookies give you the sweetness you crave without all of the guilt that comes with “regular” cookies. They’re made with all natural ingredients including almond flour, coconut oil, butter, dried whole eggs, unsweetened chocolate, and sea salt. Each keto-friendly serving contains 3 grams of protein, 13 grams of fat, and just 1 gram of net carbs.
I LOVE plantain chips and was very happy to see these included in this month’s box. Not only are they vegan-friendly, gluten free, non-GMO, and cholesterol-free — but they also have 30% less fat than potato chips! I actually enjoy these more than the potato variety. So good!
A product of the UK, this 100% natural snack is made with just 4 simple ingredients: Jackfruit, lime, lemon, and banana flour. Each package has only 105 calories and provides a nice dose of Vitamins A, B, C, and E. It’s also vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and contains no preservatives.
This sparkling tea features wild-foraged maqui berries — a prized source of polyphenols that have been traditionally taken by the people of the Patagonia for vitality, detox & cleansing. It also includes black elderberries, red wine grape skins, herbs & hibiscus that all combine to create a unique flavor with a wine-like profile.
My June 2022 Fit Snack box included a nice selection of chips, cookies, granola, dried fruit, and more. My personal favorites this time were the Matzo Project Everything Matzo Chips, Bakery on Main Monster Cookie Granola, and Turbana Plantain Chips. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 20% on your first box!
