Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense.
Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $24/month (shipping included), or less with longer, multi-month commitments. It also looks like they ship worldwide. — For a limited time, you can save 30% on your first box! No coupon needed, just click this link.
Let’s see what’s in the September 2019 Fit Snack box!
The familiar white & turquoise box was shipped via Priority Mail.

An info card listed all of the snacks, as well as accompanying photos and brief descriptions of each item.
These naturally red walnuts are found only in California and have a sweet, buttery flavor. They contain a lower tannin content and taste less bitter than traditional walnuts. This package contains only 100% raw walnuts, which are an excellent source of omega 3 & omega 6 fatty acids.
It’s always nice to see full-sized products pop up in my Fit Snack box. This chocolate almond spread is made with rich dark chocolate & specially milled almonds, along with whey protein isolate to give it an added boost of protein. It’s non-GMO, low-sodium, and gluten-free. Enjoy it on pancakes, blended into oatmeal & smoothies, or right from the jar.
These chewy granola bites are made with grain-free ingredients including almonds, raw honey, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, vanilla extract, and goji berries. They’re certified organic, paleo, dairy-free, non-GMO, and gluten-free.
A gluten-free, keto-friendly nutrition bar that contains 5 grams of high grade MCT oil — a brain boosting oil extracted from coconuts that gives you long-lasting energy, assists in weight loss, and optimizes your performance. Each bar has 10 grams of protein, 9 grams of fiber, and only 2 grams of net carbs. Two bars were included in September’s box.
A savory organic snack mix consisting of cashews, raisins, coconut nectar, coconut, curry, sea salt, and cayenne. Enjoy it as an easy on-the-go snack or a crunchy addition to salads & soups. It’s gluten free, raw, non-GMO, and vegan-friendly.
I’m always happy to try new vegan-friendly protein powder! This one from PlantFusion is made with an amino acid infused protein blend that’s comparable to animal proteins like whey. It’s flavored with natural vanilla and is fortified with digestive enzymes. It’s also dairy free, soy free, gluten free, and free of many other major allergens.
I love Hippeas! — These morsels of puffed goodness are 100% vegan and made with all natural/organic ingredients including chickpea flour, rice flour, sunflower oil, seasonings, and pea hull fiber. This is the first time I’ve seen the nacho flavor & I can’t wait to try it!
These bars are made with just two ingredients. From the top: Apples & figs, apples & dates, and apples & strawberries. — That’s it! (Hence the name.) Can’t get simpler than that. Well, aside from actual fresh fruit anyway.
An all natural snack bar made with sun-ripened bananas and coated in smooth dark chocolate. It’s gluten-free, paleo, non-GMO, and contains no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
September’s Fit Snack box included lots of keto-friendly products, as well as a few vegan goodies. My favorite items this time were the True California Walnuts, PlantFusion Protein, Hippeas, and That’s It bars. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save 30% on your first box!
