Like everyone else, I would give zero stars if I could. Paid for a 3 month subscription in June, now it’s almost February and have not received anything. Waiting for mysterious “Mike” to let customer service know when boxes will ship (although now customer service will not return any of my emails or give me a refund on what I’ve paid). Awful company…go with Barkbox, great boxes and phenomenal customer service.

I was very pleased with my first several boxes–and prepaid for several more months. However, after I did this, I got the same email as mentioned above that things were put on hold due to production issues and would be restarted in Nov. I contacted the company and received an email back that the customer service rep would contact the owner to get more information. Here it is in Dec and have heard nothing more.

I would give the one star…. Horrible company. I got two boxes out of the three that I was owed. I was told the my last box will ship in November 2016 and have not received it. They did refund my money after they charged me before I can cancel my subscription. I would strongly suggest using a different company. I also noticed all the negative posts are gone from their Facebook page.

Are they still even in business? I have a total of 6 month purchsed. Got one month, then the delay and reorganizing and STILL nothing!!! I emailed and get a generic, “yes the shipments will still take place in November” And here i am with NOTHING but lost $$ I’m calling my Credit Card company and see if there is any recourse. Just emailed a few weeks back. I was told in October I would be getting my next shipment to be mailed out on 11/15. Now I’m waiting for “Mike” to get back to me and what the problem is! I don’t recommend this to ANYONE!!

NO stars…they stole my money. I use Bark Box for my dog but purchased a 3 month gift for another dog. OMG. NIGHTMARE. No 3rd box which should have been July. It is too late to get credit on CC and they know it. SCAM. Crap shipped in the first anyway. If I could do class action suit I would.

Would actually give this 0 stars if I could. I signed up for a 12 month subscription based on the offering of “teeny weenie” for dogs from 2-10 lbs. The first three boxes arrived all with items that were far too large for my 5lb dog – most things she can’t even pick up. I contacted company in May after 1st box and they said they’d do better. Subseqent boxes continue to contain items that are too large. In addition, not a single box shipped when they said it would. There are numerous emails sent from company about their challenges obtaining product, changing their business model, shipping late, etc. After the third box came, and another note about their difficulties fulfilling demand, I decided to cancel my subscription. I assumed I’d get a credit for unfulfilled portion of my subscription and did not. On Aug 1 they sent communication that they would not be shipping boxes and everything was on hold until Oct 15. On Aug 24 they sent communication that everything was on hold and not picking up until Nov 15 and they would continue to ship boxes for cancelled subscriptions until the term was fulfilled. Aug 24 I sent a communication specifically asking for a refund for the shipped portion of my subscription as the products again – not the right size for my dog. Last communication I received from company was on Aug 25 saying my refund request was being escalated to the CEO and he’d be with me shortly. Its now 2.5 weeks later and there’s been no communication and I have not yet gotten a credit on my credit card.

Horrible company, terrible robo customer service, on the verge of a scam. I have been a subscriber since they began about 5 months back and i have to say DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Sometimes the boxes are ok and worth your money, but you will get it about a month and a half to two months after you pay for the box. Every shipment has been tremendously delayed. When i first started i had paid for 2 boxes before i even received 1 in the mail. When i wanted to skip a month it basically ended up having me skip 2-3 months because of their method of charging and shipping and then the delayed shipment. Just take a look at their facebook page (visitor posts) and you will see all the “happy” customers. When you want a refund or want to cancel they ignore your requests and emails.
