SprezzaBox is a monthly subscription box that features a selection of stylish men’s accessories. Most of the boxes I review tend to be tailored to women or children, so it’s always fun to check out the options available for the guys.

Nandemobox is a fun subscription box from Japan. They offer 2 different box options: a Snack Box and a Kawaii Box. This is a review of their snack box for the month of April.

Nandemobox is based out of Osaka, Japan and sends subscribers every kind of snack or fun Japanese novelty item you can think of (“Nandemo” is Japanese for “everything”!). They believe in quality over quantity and carry only the best products available.

Taste Guru March 2015 Review & Bonus Offer

Taste Guru is one of the few monthly subscriptions boxes out there that’s dedicated to the gluten-free lifestyle. It’s a great way for those who follow a gluten-free diet to discover new “safe” food, drink, and snack items.

Taste Guru provides 6 to 9 totally gluten-free goodies in each of their monthly boxes. Items can include snacks, baking mixes, granola, condiments, and more. They also like to include one or two non-food items as well as a chef-inspired recipe (gluten-free, of course!). [read more…]

Junior Explorers Mission Serengeti Review & 50% Coupon Code

Last month I reviewed the first mission in the Junior Explorers subscription (Mission Arctic). This month we’re heading to the Serengeti to learn about the great African migration and all of the animals who take part in it.

Junior Explorers is a fun, educational subscription box for kids 6 to 11 that allows them to explore the natural world. They’ll learn about wildlife and ecosystems, as well as the importance of protecting them.

Your child will embark on a new “mission” each month, which is comprised of both physical materials as well as exclusive online content. The mailed portion includes collectibles, activities, animal facts, and more. They’ll also receive a password to access the online portion of their mission. Yay! Sudsy Box time again! This is by far one of my favorite boxes to open just because it smells SO dang good. Damn good even. (Ooooh.)

Sudsy Box is a subscription box that sends you 3 full-sized handmade bars of soap every other month. They also include a bonus body product in each box (hand sanitizer, lip balm, etc). I first reviewed Fit Snack back in January and was pleased with the selection of healthy snacks they sent. I didn’t get a chance to check out February’s box, so I was excited to see what they’d have in store for March.

Fit Snack doesn’t just toss any ol’ snacks into their boxes. They have a set of guidelines that help them choose items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw). I recently reviewed February’s Chococurb box (seen here) and was very impressed with the unique selection of chocolates they sent. By sheer luck, that box was also totally vegan. I wasn’t quite so lucky this time, but I was equally as impressed with the treats.

Chococurb hand selects 5 to 7 treats from the top chocolatiers in the world to be included in each box. Geek Fuel is a newer subscription box that caters to fans of all things “nerdy”. I reviewed their January box and thought it was pretty fun, so I was excited to see what would be in store for March.

Geek Fuel boxes can include items such as t-shirts, action figures, comics, movie posters, toys, downloadable games, and more. They feature plenty of exclusive items and promise a total value of at least $40 in each box. [read more…]

My March Glossybox was delayed due to “extreme weather” near their warehouse. It finally arrived a couple days ago but I’m pretty happy with it, so no biggie.

If you’re not aware, Glossybox is a monthly beauty subscription box that sends 5-6 deluxe sized samples packed inside a super sturdy, reusable box. The packaging is top notch and only the highest quality brands are included. Ecocentric Mom March/April 2015 Review

Ecocentric Mom time! I keep telling myself to switch over to the “mom” version of the box, but I’m just not ready to give up the cutesy baby things (or admit that my 2 1/2 year olds aren’t babies anymore!).

If you’re unaware, Ecocentric Mom is a unique subscription box that features mom & baby products that are eco-friendly, natural, organic, and often vegan-friendly. There are 3 different box options to choose from. I (still) subscribe to the “Mom & Baby” box, but they also offer a “Mom-to-Be Box” and just a plain ol’ “Mom” box. If you’re new here, Ipsy is a beauty subscription that sends subscribers a monthly “Glam Bag” full of cosmetics and beauty accessories for just $10/month. OwlCrate is a brand new subscription box for fans of young adult novels. Every month will be centered around a different theme and contain not only a newly published hardcover book, but a handful of other fun book-related goodies as well.

OwlCrate is run by a cute couple from Vancouver, BC who are self proclaimed “massive book geeks”.
