In December, Try the World sent me their limited edtion Holiday Box for review and I was really impressed. The presentation and packaging were top notch, as were the gourmet goodies inside. Naturally, when they asked if I wanted to review their new Venice box, I happily agreed.

If you haven’t heard, Try the World is a subscription service that invites your taste buds to explore a new city every sixty days. Each box will include 7-10 locally made/grown gourmet goodies as well as cultural finds — such as music playlists and movie recommendations — produced in the city being featured. My second December Citrus Lane box arrived around the same time as my first one, but it kinda got lost in the shuffle of holiday-ness (yes, holiday-ness) and I’m just getting around to reviewing it. So here it is!

If you haven’t heard, Citrus Lane is a monthly subscription for babies/kids aged newborn-5. It’s $29/month (less with longer term subscriptions) and includes a nice assortment of toys, books, snacks, toiletries, etc. Sometimes they even include a gift for mom. My December Glossybox came right before Christmas and although I had already seen plenty of spoilers, I was still excited to open it up. I was super impressed by the presentation… So festive!

When I picked up my December Kloverbox today I noticed that the box was a lot larger and heavier than it’s been in past months. I’ve yet to be disappointed in any of their boxes since they’ve launched over the summer, so I was anxious to see what was inside.
